Real-life Spiderman scales four-storey to save a young child


People walking along Paris’ 18th arrondissement witnessed an intense, heart-racing sight as a young boy almost fell from his family’s balcony. Daily Mail reported that the boy’s parents were nowhere in sight during that time. While everyone was panicking, a 22-year-old man named Mamoudou Gassama decided to save the boy by become the real-life version of Spiderman.


In less than 30 seconds, this heroic Spiderman climbed the building’s facade to reach the boy. He scaled four storeys before reaching the child and pulling him to safety. In the viral photos, you can see that there was a neighbor who tried to help. Unfortunately, there was a gap between them so nothing could be done.





This selfless act ensured that Gassama’s dream of settling in Paris would be met. President Emmanuel Macron invited him to visit the Elysee Palace and Mayor Anne Hidalgo also promised to help Gassama live a great life in the country.





As for the child’s parents, his father was questioned for leaving the child alone. According to Daily Mail, he would be due in court soon.
